i cannot even get through on the phone.. i am sorry all circuits are busy now

I periodically check the signal level on my cable modem page. Earlier this year, it was usually around -7 to -9 dBmV. But then in the spring, it dropped to the -12 to -14 dBmV range. Shortly after that drop, my cable modem lost the signal altogether and I had to have a technician come out to fix it.

Coleen, lock the post. And I'm sure you'll lock mine too, but WHY is cox not acknologing the plight of the fixed income(and I'm not meaning those with a pension) seniors in the cox sphere? These constant increases in pricing for basic Internet, tv, and phone is really wreaking havoc with retirement

Ran rgw I-Net speed test and I am getting about 5 Mbps Download and about 18 Mbps upload-- That's horrible and results in a lot of buffering Reset the modem but same result- Using a Linksys EA7500 router Download speed test from router are even worse

is Cox going to offer the SEC channel this fall?
