Letters to Cox
How many days is Cox required to respond to a complaint letter regarding bad cable service? Cox gives the cust. 60 days re; bill problem--you write in but NEVER get an answer. Anybody know?????

Download Speed
For the last 5 days my Download Speed has been really slow 2-6 mbs normally its 20+ just wondering if anyone else in LV area is having the same problems. Tried restarting modem no change.

Slow Internet Not happy
I have been paying for Cox Premier Internet for long while now. I don't think i hardly ever reached over 30mb. Hi ... I have received 2 emails regarding an $8 Amazon Gift Card for completing a TV Internet survey, supposedly from Cox Communications... I was wondering if this is legit? Says the survey is valid til Sept 21, 2014. Can anyone tell me if this is a real offer from Cox? Thanks in advance.

RE: Cable Connection problem
Ahh, not to step on anyone's toes, but I see no possible way this could be a billing issue. She is talking about CATV, which Cox can't even shut down remotly even if they wanted to. I think its more likley she has a signal amp and its unplugged. Thats what snowy picture is 90% of the time on CATV. I
