Email

Settings for Windows Vista, Windows Mail. Using correct settings POP3, pop.cox.net, smtp.cox.net, Advanced 465, checked boxes for server authentication and server secure connection.. Emails can be sent from their two email accounts but no emails are being received. Can't determine why. I am helping a neighbor. Understand they have not been using email for some time. Before, this problem they got a large amount of incoming email.
