Missing HD channels

Some HD channels have been missing in San DIego for a while. When I try to tune to these channels I get "Searching for signal on this cable channel..." displayed on a black screen. I have reset my tiro and tuning adapter and it has not fixed this problem. The missing channels are:

TNT - 1034
