My samsung TV is connected to my wireless network, but cannot access the internet. All of my other devices in the home work just fine. What's the deal?

I have been fighting this for over a week with no success. Tech out three times and hours on the phone with Cox. Three cable cards and on the sixth tuning adapter and still watching the light blink. Hooked to Tivo four channel tuner. Any ideas?
