Why did your brother click the link?  Your concern shouldn't be with Cox ads...but with your brother's click-happy susceptibility.  If it sounds too good to be true...well, you know the rest.

I noticed your brother has 121 unread e-mails.  Many of which, I'm sure, concern more promises.  Good luck with that.
