Secure Online Backup settings revert after apply

I found that on both of my computers that after I uncheck "Display Notifications" or any other setting and click on Apply they revert back to the original setting just like I clicked on Cancel; I tried clicking on Cancel to see if the buttons were switched but that was a no go as well.  Is anyone else having this issue?  I'm running Windows 7 with v5.1.12.5 of the Cox Secure Online Backup for Windows software.
