Data Cap!!!

Location: Tucson, AZ

Cox has attempted rate increases twice in the last 12 months. Then Saturday 7/1/2017 I received a letter in the mail with LESS THAN ONE WEEKS NOTICE that there is now a 1TB data cap and overage fees. This is pure and simple revenue generation on the backs of Cox customers. There is ZERO technical or operational justification for the data cap and fees. 

Lets me say that again, there is ZERO technical or operational justification for the data cap and fees. This is revenue generation. 

Totally unacceptable behavior.
