change my programming
How do I access my programming online in my account to change the channels I have and see what packages I have. basically I want to get rid of cinemax and get showtime instead. I cannot find anywhere to do that.

Is there a way if I have multiple potential customers in an area, currently without cox availability, that Cox could build new service to allow these new customers to connect? When are you going to get Showtime Anytime??
Have HBOgo and lots of carriers have Showtime Anytime.....and many recently added....but not COX. Disappointing. Is this going to become avilable anytime soon???

Getting interrupted internet connection lately
Even since the Christmas week, the internet is becoming so bad for me. BBCA channel 137. Not airing now for at least 3 hours
BBCA channel 137. Not airing now for at least 3 hours. I've reset my DVR/Cable box and unplugged/plugged all wires 3 times now to no avail. Is there something wrong and is there an ETA when it will be repaired? Thanks, Gil S.

Modem/Router combo reset itself
Hello, I have the CG3000D and today the modem/router combo reset itself. It erased all previous settings including my wifi network I had set up. Was there a firmware update that was pushed to this device and that is why all of my settings disappeared on their own? I've reset what I can remember and

Netgear CG3000DV2 Firmware
My Netgear CG3000DV2 is running V1.03.03. Netgear's site says that V3.01.06 is the latest Cox approved firmware version. When will this update be pushed?
