Has anyone been able to have a single Cox logon for dual residential accounts. The business section of Cox allows such a feature, but unable to find that for residential services

When I sign in to my email and enter my password, I press enter and get to my email. Now, after I enter my password and press enter, the bar becomes blank and the only way I can get to my email is by clicking "Web Mail". Does anyone know why? Thanks!
