Almost every single day, something is not working and I don't watch TV a lot on any given day
Very frustrating. I'm a new customer, I have the 'Countour' level. I have 2 TV's, two boxes and the ability to record up to 6 (?) programs at the same time between the 2 TV's. 1. I work from home and I like to have the TV on in the next room with CNBC going. Not every day but the majority of the day
