I am horrified...

I am horrified at the poor quality of the Internet connection I have experienced with COX here in Phoenix AZ. Seldom does a Youtube or Vimeo video load quickly or smoothly. Frequently I have to reboot the modem to get things up and running smoothly. Does any have a recommendation to another Internet

Connectivity Horrible

I experience frequent dropouts. I plug/unplug on a daily basis, and often this may be several times within 90 minutes. I call Cox constantly, and either there's an outage in the area, or I'm given the old plug/unplug advice WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE numerous times before calling. It's time Cox began
