I use a SB6121 modem on my Residential Account, and it works fine, Why is it not allowed on a Small Business Account, ( a Church Office ), it will not be used any way near what I use on my Residential Account, Just trying to keep operating expenses down. ? Thank You for Your Time in advance.

I received a msg via email that I had 5 voicemails. When I went to look at my history, I can't find it anywhere. I have accessed it within the last 90 days. This forum indicates to reactivate the history -- How do I do that??? This should be one of your FAQ's.

Title says it all. Just about every other cox market in the nation has seen a doubling of there speed, some places for a year now. SoCal on the other hand has not, and is given no info about this what so ever. I'm starting to feel ripped off paying the same price for half the speed of everyone else.
