Cox Residential Internet Data Caps all have same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap (except Gig if available)
Why does Cox Starter, Essential, Preferred, Premier, and Ultimate have the same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap? If you're paying for Premier or Ultimate you're paying for more speed and want a 2 TB (2,048 GB) or greater cap Also, why are upload speeds so low? They should be at lease 50 down and 20 up, 100

Internet Connection Drops Every Hour on The Hour for about 30 seconds
My computer uses a wired connection. This problem just started happening in the last week after doing some Windows Updates. I noticed my internet connection would drop every hour on the hour at :09. Such as 6:09, 7:09, 8:09. etc. It comes back on by itself after about 30 seconds. I did some research

30 Second Fast Forward Button? - Can't move to TV forum or Delete
Other remotes I've had have a 30-second fast forward button. I can't figure out how to make this work with Cox. How do I make this work on my Cox remote with the Cisco box? Can't delete this and post in the TV forum. 2nd question ... why can't I delete my post?

No news picture on main page
Cox main page does not show a picture, just a description of the news article. Also email says I have 0 emails but, I have several. This has been going on for 3 days now. Cox is getting worse by the day!!!

CISCO Explorer Swap Function
We just switched to the whole house DVR by adding 3 base CISCO Explorer 8642HDC boxes (no "clients"). We are having difficulty with the "Swap" function. With our prior Motorola DVR boxes, each box had 2 tuners that ran independent of the other, so when nothing was recording, you can watch something

RE: Introducing Cox Gigablast
Cox's "call history" records time of incoming and outgoing calls. Several calls were not recorded on my call history since yesterday, April 4 11:PM. Many outgoing were not recorded either. Single logon/access for dual residential accounts
