When will Cloud Drive for Macintosh be updated for compatibility with Yosemite 10.10.1?

Well, here it is, 2 1/2 years later, and the current Mac OS is now 10.12.3, and the Cloud Drive App from Cox IS STILL 2.4.6.14. Why isn't Cox providing the Cloud Drive app for the current Mac OS? Why is Cox not providing support for Macintosh? Why is Cox discriminating against their Macintosh users?

Zoom 5341J - blinking blue upstream (US) light

Does anyone know the reason for this? It just started happening over the last few days. Not knowing what causes it i of course went to google and it seems like it's either some sort of upstream issue that is only resolvable on Cox's side OR if other people are correct some sort of bug on that modem.

Error 3.1.1.2 All Week -- Tired Of Being On Hold

Not sure why but several of my TV channels are non-functional and do not fix after a hard reset. On pretty much all major networks, including TBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, and many, many, more channels, I get an error screen referencing 3.1.1.2. Cox Webmail on LAPTOP - When responding cannot see the email being responded to
