March Madness Live stream

According to this page http://ww2.cox.com/myconnection/kansas/watch/sports/march-madness.cox?campcode=vl_ncaa-march-madness_3112 I should be able to login to the march madness streaming site with my cox id and password, but when I enter my cox id and password into the March madness site it says my email address isn't registered. How do I get setup with the march madness streaming?
