Can't sign in to web mail from my iPhone 5S
When I enter my username and password to sign into webmail from my iPhone, it goes to a page titled 'intercept.cox.com'. Is there a way for me to sign into my web mail account from my iphone? It works fine from my laptops.

High latency with two or more internet-based applications running.
To the Cox forum, I am currently having significant latency problems when attempting to run more than one internet-based application from my residential internet service. I am subscribed to the Premier Tier and, with no other internet services running, receive anywhere from 15-20mb download and 5-7

Las Vegas: Signal level falling
I periodically check the signal level on my cable modem page. Earlier this year, it was usually around -7 to -9 dBmV. But then in the spring, it dropped to the -12 to -14 dBmV range. Shortly after that drop, my cable modem lost the signal altogether and I had to have a technician come out to fix it.

Backup
The instructions say that I might need to download an applet the first time I access online backup. Windows security will not allow that site to be downloaded because there is no provider signature. Why is Cox asking me to download an applet that comes from an "unknown"source? I've tried everything
