Email recipients do not receive forward picture or links just headings.

When I forward emails with either pictures and or links the recipients only receive the headings.

Data usage meter is not working

Every time I try to check Data Usage Meter - it says "Your Data Usage Meter is not available at this time, please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience." I tried to clean cookies, use different browser. No change. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

High latency with two or more internet-based applications running.

To the Cox forum, I am currently having significant latency problems when attempting to run more than one internet-based application from my residential internet service. I am subscribed to the Premier Tier and, with no other internet services running, receive anywhere from 15-20mb download and 5-7
