Email address
My cox email address will not appear in the gmail account box. I can only access it by going to cox.net and trying to reach it from there. It used to appear in the general mailbox, but it no longer does., Any ideas?

I read this article and thought it was a good breakdown of the kind of issues that can happen between ISP and content providers like Netflix. I am not Reporting ABUSE!!!! I just joined forum to complain about latest COX email updates. Terrible! But I cannot enter a reply nor a concern. It only allows entering 'abuse'. Insane incompetence.
