older emails gone
I typically divide my emails up into separate folders for safe keeping but have just noticed that all my emails prior to 5/03/2016 are gone. This is regardless of which folder I'm looking at. Where are all my emails?

Clear chart of service tiers, data rate and cap information, and pricing
I know there must be an explicit corporate policy to play hide the ball when it comes to pricing, because everyone does this, but can you please provide a clear chart that has the REGULAR PRICE of each service, the up and down speeds that are guaranteed, and the data caps. Nothing else. It would not

On Demand TV show links to different show
Earlier today I tried to watch the 2nd episode of Manhattan in the On Demand for WGN. The link goes to some episode of Halt and Catch Fire, which isn't even the same network. I repeatedly tried the Manhattan episode 2 links in both Freezone/Cable TV and My Primetime. Both links erroneously opened up

Hi ... I have received 2 emails regarding an $8 Amazon Gift Card for completing a TV Internet survey, supposedly from Cox Communications... I was wondering if this is legit? Says the survey is valid til Sept 21, 2014. Can anyone tell me if this is a real offer from Cox? Thanks in advance.

Object to "Boxing Promo" advertising on Cox Service Line. 401-383-2000 and connection issues!

Cox website not working with Windows Creator 1703--revisited
This topic was discussed previously at: http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/internet_forum/f/5/t/17905.aspx & although the gentleman involved was fortunate enough to solve this via a later update, such was not the case for me. Actually, the later update made it worse, such that I was unable to sign in
