Why is this thread locked? This exact problem just happened to me and no doubt many other people. We deserve an honest response from Cox on this issue. When I sign in to my email and enter my password, I press enter and get to my email. Now, after I enter my password and press enter, the bar becomes blank and the only way I can get to my email is by clicking "Web Mail". Does anyone know why? Thanks!

Some HD channels have been missing in San DIego for a while. When I try to tune to these channels I get "Searching for signal on this cable channel..." displayed on a black screen.
