phone call history

when i check phone history i can only get incoming call history i tried clicking all call and outgoing still only get incoming anyone else have that problem i need outgoing history for last two weeks and i'm sure when they fix it it will start working but won't be able to retrieve what i need and why does it take so long they put in work order and someone will call in 48 hours doesn't help nw when i need a number does it.
