No Delivery to Cox

My email from my GoDaddy account never reaches my cox email account. If I send an email from my cox account and it includes my domain name (url) it's returned as spam. This GoDaddy account also has problems when responding to Centurylink and Verizon accounts. Thanks . . . a perplexed user

Intermittent service in the New Orleans metro

We've been losing service intermittently for at least a week. The modem won't stay connected. Cox was just out here for the neighbors, working outside at the box. The number given for 24/7 phone support has a recorded message that they're closed on Sundays. Any advice?

Contour box swap

I was upgraded to Contour today. After the installer left, the new DVR started to make a soft clicking noise intermittently. Otherwise, it is working fine. If I have problems with it, can I swap it out at a Cox store?

Data usage meter is not working

Every time I try to check Data Usage Meter - it says "Your Data Usage Meter is not available at this time, please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience." I tried to clean cookies, use different browser. No change. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
