viewing account information online

I had many changes to my account recently.  Why can't I simply go online and view the services and the plans I currently have. The things I'm paying for?  Everypage is loaded with options to buy more services, more, more, more..and to make payments.  Cox, you would do your customers a great service if they could view what they have NOW instead of what you want them to have.  When I click on my Account services it only shows me my cable box identifications and clicking on "see features....", it takes me to some other page to buy more things.  I want to know my tv plan, my internet plan, and my phone plan since the recent change and what each is costing me.
