Internet outage
How come customer support cannot tell me the root cause of an outage? They need to tell me this information so that I can troubleshoot my own connection issues.

Getting interrupted internet connection lately
Even since the Christmas week, the internet is becoming so bad for me. Chris for the response. But I think an open question about how to get someone at Cox to respond is fair game. There is a reason why it is a cliche that cable service is horrible. There is no apparent way to escalate legitimate issues for resolution. Tim

SLOOOOW Inet Speed
Ran rgw I-Net speed test and I am getting about 5 Mbps Download and about 18 Mbps upload-- That's horrible and results in a lot of buffering Reset the modem but same result- Using a Linksys EA7500 router Download speed test from router are even worse

Hourly calls from fraudulent "Microsoft Help Desk"
Yesterday I received 8 phone calls from 844-308-6820 (they went to voice mail). I have now blocked that number but can you not do something to prevent this kind of abuse for all of your customers? Cox Residential Internet Data Caps all have same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap (except Gig if available)
Why does Cox Starter, Essential, Preferred, Premier, and Ultimate have the same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap?
