I have a Motorola SB5101 modem that despretly needs to be replaced and I was wondering what to do after I buy a new modem. Do I call for them to install it and if so how much does it cost to install it?

Does Cox charge for content delivery?

I read this article and thought it was a good breakdown of the kind of issues that can happen between ISP and content providers like Netflix. My question is does Cox charge, or plan to charge, content providers for delivery content? The story seems oddly familiar to the issue between Cox and Youtube

Cox Residential Internet Data Caps all have same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap (except Gig if available)

Why does Cox Starter, Essential, Preferred, Premier, and Ultimate have the same 1 TB (1,024 GB) data cap?
