Starz OnDemand and Ghost Rider

Saturday Morning I tried watching Ghost Rider from Starz OnDemand. At around 1:04 of the movie the audio began to loop on a single syllable  while the video continued to play normally.  I tried resetting my cable box twice and a support rep reset my box from their end once and still happens. Each time I start the movie again the same problem happens at the exact same part of the movie. I even tried watching it on a second cable box hooked up to a different outlet and the same problem at the same time. I have no other problems with any channels and no other onDemand programs.
