DVR

We had to get a new DVR yesterday when the old one died. The remote will still work with the sound but with a limited range, the lowest setting is still very loud.  We can use the TV remote to adjust the sound but that defeats the purpose of the Cox remote. We had no problems with the old DVR and the sound on the remote.
