Big 10 Network

When will Oklahoma get the Big 10 network????  Every other cable provider offers it and as soon as U-Verse is offered in the neighborhood I just moved to I'm switching back if Cox does not offer it.  I live in Oklahoma but I am from Nebraska and am not happy missing my games.  It shows it to be on channel 1325 but no access.  Get with it Cox......
