No guide data on mini

We're having same problem since 7/1/15. "Program Unavailable" on guide. We live in midtown Tulsa OK. What's going on, Cox?

For the past couple of days the mini-box guide data is missing, just shows "program unavailable" for every channel in guide; programs themselves are ok, just the guide. Tried resetting (i.e. unplugged and plugged back in power cord) and also channel scan.

Is anyone else having this problem?

(Other tv sets with STB are ok, just the mini)
