What is the recommend router to use with Cox High Speed Internet Premier and using the Cisco DPQ3212 modem ?

Just curious how my bill has gone up $10 in one year for the same internet service? Nobody has ever contacted me and asked if it was OK to raise my rate, or if I consented? Any reason for the increase? Just curious where my extra $10 is going every month.

Hello, I'm sorry if this ends up being a stupid question, but I recently called in about slow speeds and was told there was a warning of overuse on my account. The representative told me that there was a way to track data usage on my account and I compared this tool with a similar one on my router.

Has anyone else had any problems with the audio and video synchronization on the high def and regular NBC channels in the last couple of weeks. If so, how was the issue resolved?
