Forwarding COX email via my iPad

I am overseas in Middle East. I access my cox acct from both a laptop and my ipad. I find that when I forward cox mail accessed via the ipad people never receive the email! I access the same email from my laptop and forward and it is received. What is the issue? This does not happen when I access my Yahoo acct. I am plus eight hours in UAE.
