how is this possible ?

why you people don`t fix the picture freeze and audio interruption on the new cisco boxes ? 

every time i try to watch something recorded on my dvr i have to call you guys to reset my box what the *** ? you want me to pay you on time but you don`t do *** about it ! and your so called TECH told me "bare with us sir until we figure`it out ourself"  this is ridiculous ! i am really thinking to switch to dish or direct tv , for $100 what i pay every month for tv service i don`t get a whole lot !
