'Temporarily off the air'
I've called several times about the subject matter for several channels and after 48 hours two channels (maybe more) are still unavailable. Telephone support is 'all operators are busy....' for the past 20-30 minutes - poor service at best - so much for 24/7! Dish or others are beginning to look bet

Unable to send email - Phoenix. AZ

Response from Cox Moderator is *** **! The fact is, Cox or any other communication provider will not allow on-line down-grades! You're screwed man! The providers want to make it *** near impossible to downgrade services. They will gladly "upgrade" (= more $) your "service", even if it already screws

No news picture on main page
Cox main page does not show a picture, just a description of the news article. Also email says I have 0 emails but, I have several. This has been going on for 3 days now. Cox is getting worse by the day!!!

High latency with two or more internet-based applications running.
To the Cox forum, I am currently having significant latency problems when attempting to run more than one internet-based application from my residential internet service. I am subscribed to the Premier Tier and, with no other internet services running, receive anywhere from 15-20mb download and 5-7
