My emails are disappearing on my iPad and cox.net. Is anyone having this problem?

Made two posts today regarding recording shows in progress and removing Missed Recordings. I was able to record an in progress show by pushing the red "Rec" button while the show is in full picture - not from the Guide. But should I also be able to bring up the Program Guide, find that show in progr

I tried the Sync App and that only loads my cell phone contracts into my e-mail contacts and not the other way around. I can receive e-mail and sent it IF I know the address!

At a neighbor's location, ip cameras are port-forwarded. They are visible in real-time through a server, but ftp to same server fails. And the server seems not accessible in browser from that location. Any ideas?

Since the addition of the ad banner on the email page..when I sign in the page acknowledges my sign in then routes me to the zip code request for services..then to the sign in page again, where I have to sign in a second time to access my account/email. Why?
