How many days is Cox required to respond to a complaint letter regarding bad cable service? Cox gives the cust. 60 days re; bill problem--you write in but NEVER get an answer. Anybody know?????

I was planning on watching Law & Order tonight, according to the listings on the cable box this show was supposed to be on at 9 pm Phoenix time. NO it was not it was on at 8 pm how is this going to be fixed?

How do I delete a PC that I no longer have from the protected computer list.?. There is an option to edit, but not to delete.

We just got the expanded plan. It was explained to us no box would be needed. None of the channels match up with the guide that was given to us. How can we fix this?
