Anyone getting cox email on the iPad??

I still cannot get cox email on my iPad. I have reset network settings, changed my password several times, checked user id and password, checked setting numbers. Not sure what else to do. I can get the webmail with the same password and user id that won't letme through on the iPad. I am getting the same message as I did during the outage.

I am beyond frustrated since I DO pay for email services alone and now have not adequately had it for 6 days!

Anyone have advice since Cox will not provide telephone support for my iPad. :(
