Firmware update for a Netgear C3700 Cable Modem Router???

Did Cox lock this forum?  I just called too and they won't update it to the newest firmware.  They only have the 010105 version where other ISPS do offer the version from 11.  Thank goodness Verizon is almost here.  If you don't rent from Cox, they are not helpful.

I would like to find out when Cox will have firmware V1.01.11 for C3700. The firmware has been out since May, it is problematic to talk to support about firmware update, most of the customer support do not know what we are talking about. According to the Netgear site, V1.01.11 is available to ISP http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/25477/~/current-firmware-version-for-netgear-cable-modem-routers We are experiencing connection issue with the modem router often, Cox recently came out to fix noise issue in the line but we are still experiencing connection issue. Please advise. Thank you.
