To block certain numbers from reaching you, you would use a feature called "selective call rejection," which allows you to create a list of up to 31 specific numbers to block. This feature is included in the Cox Digital Telephone Premier package in all areas, and in a few areas it is available separately as an à la carte feature.
Your local sales line would be able to help you determine the most cost-effective way to add this function to your service.
