Horrible services
I have been a cox customer for 2 years and now that I am moving and need to stop services I am treated horribly. First my Internet was cut off way before the scheduled date and when I called to have them come by and turn my service back on they schedule as the latest appt time they can. Talking to billing was not fun either the person servicing me was giving me attitude when this is the company's mistake to start with. He even lied about the amount that he would credit to my account for all of these inconveniences. I am unhappy about the amount of times I had to spend trying to get my Internet back up and running. Wait times are super long too; I had to wait 45 minutes just to talk to tech support. Cox should treat their customers better especially the ones that have been a customer for a long time.
