RE: Cox Email Not Functioning

I set my outgoing mail server to port 465 with SSL.  I moved one email to draft and deleted the rest.  I re-opened Mail and sent an email to me.  When I checked the Sent box, it shows that I sent it - but it doesn't show up in the inbox. 

When I attempted to email you, it showed my husband's name and email.  We are on the same computer.  His email account is working, but not mine.

Hello Lily2,  Please set the outgoing mail server to port 465 with SSL enabled and check the authentication box, if available. Please either delete or move any emails from the outbox to the drafts folder. Close the mail client, re-open, and try to send yourself an email. Please let us know the results.
