FSN Network

I live in the Baton Rouge area and i was wondering why i get FSN Houston instead of FSN New Orleans. Does that make sense to anyone? If i live in the Baton Rouge area shouldn't i get FSN New Orleans? I'm disappointed because i am going to miss out on local sporting events this year because of this.  Cox Communications please fix this asap!!!!!!!
