Free Starz Preview of Outlander

I have read the previous thread and still cannot view the Free Starz Preview of Outlander.  I have tried both freezone/premium and there is no Starz option, and I have tried freezone/cable and it is not there either.  I have also rebooted my DVR box multiple times.
