on demand missing episodes

Can someone please make sure all of the on demand episodes are made avaiable. This is aggrevating and happens too often, for every single channel. Way too many programming errors with on demand. Random episodes are always missing for every show on every channel. Current example: Fox- Red Band Society, missing episode 9 (last episode before finale) for weeks now. On demand programming only seems to be updated, when you're in the middle of watching a show or have stopped watching to continue on another night; in which case you then have to watch that episode from the beginning. Please do better with on demand programming. Thanks
