Cox is not allowing online payment options, this is dumb way to a bad customer experience. unable to pay balance because all options are blocked online and retail store kiosk is out of order.

Yesterday I removed 60 emails/considered spam PLUS 25 Spam emails- this was for 2 days. Today I removed 16 emails considered spam plus 12 spam emails. Some of these emails which come in are also double ones. Is there a way for cox to cut down on this should I report send them to cox? Thanks!

A new issue has arisen with Contour. It affects the Chrome browser. When I pick a channel, it tries to load the channel, it times out with the following Error message. Error codeplayer.-9002.14007. It's an issue between Chrome & Contour. Any ideas? I've rebooted my PC (Windows 10 64 bit) modem and r
