Rainbird Irrigation
Rainbird irrigation system has a plug in module that fits into the control panel outside. You are suppose to access the module remotely via pc, cellphone, tablet, etc. I can set it up by it keeps dropping the connection after a short time. Amazon Prime Video App
We have 2 TV's in the house. one attached to the DVR and the other connected wirelessly. We had a house guest who added his Amazon Profile to the wi-fi TV. and now we are prompted for his PIN, anytime we pull up that app on that TV. Our TV that is connected to the DVR, still has our Amazon profile,

Technical errors on cox.com web site
In 2018, I had to replace my Cox cable modem. I returned the old cable modem. I then noticed in a day or two that my data usage showed my old vable modem and my new one. Doorbell Video with Cox Homelife
Has anyone figured out a solution to having a doorbell video (like Ring) set up with Cox HomeLife? I do not see where there is a Zigbee doorbell video. XFinity has its own doorbell video monitoring and I think they use Zigbee as well. Thank you in advance. Sal

The Help inside Email says "once you have signed in to CoxMail, choose Options and then the Rules button to see these three different Spam filtering options." I don't see any "Options" in myemail.cox.net. Where are the settings for spam? Marking emails as spam obviously doesn't work, I've been doing

A new issue has arisen with Contour.
A new issue has arisen with Contour. It affects the Chrome browser. When I pick a channel, it tries to load the channel, it times out with the following Error message. Error codeplayer.-9002.14007. Spam Email Daily :/
Yesterday I removed 60 emails/considered spam PLUS 25 Spam emails- this was for 2 days. Today I removed 16 emails considered spam plus 12 spam emails. Some of these emails which come in are also double ones. Is there a way for cox to cut down on this should I report send them to cox? Thanks!

Cox DVR Recordings Wiped Out
This is insane. Paying a ridiculous amount of money and now have had 150 recordings wiped out. Came home from vacation to find they were all gone. Got mid level tech who cdn't fix and now is escalating thru a ticket. WHAT? I pay for this!!
