A new issue has arisen with Contour. It affects the Chrome browser. When I pick a channel, it tries to load the channel, it times out with the following Error message. Error codeplayer.-9002.14007. Yesterday I removed 60 emails/considered spam PLUS 25 Spam emails- this was for 2 days. Today I removed 16 emails considered spam plus 12 spam emails. Some of these emails which come in are also double ones. Is there a way for cox to cut down on this should I report send them to cox? Thanks!

This is insane. Paying a ridiculous amount of money and now have had 150 recordings wiped out. Came home from vacation to find they were all gone. Got mid level tech who cdn't fix and now is escalating thru a ticket. WHAT? I pay for this!!
