I am trying to login to the wifi app. Used to work...now cannot even get to the "sign-in screen". I launch app and as soon as i see the sign-in screen, I get error message saying security error 16. I still can't get the co x wifi app to work at all, it goes blank and nothing so I can't even log into it, I've had this issue since I got Cox Internet.

I'm sharing this experience in the hope of helping others. Date: Oct 12, 2024 Cox Contour on a Windows PC will not work with any browser on a 'live' or 'currently recording' show if a VPN is being used. Cox Homelife App no longer allows me to use FaceID on my iphone to log on. It will use FaceID to turn the alarm on and off but not to log on. Did the app change or do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Thanks.
