Many have commented on the fact that the Vlock is no longer available nor is the weather. I see Cox continues to use a standard reply of...while the industry grows... Double payment deduction
I paid past due balance and double checked it before submitting to pay JUST the past due balance in red. BUT now Cox took two payments from my acct. This is upsetting and I am highly disappointed.
