Does anyone know if Cox plans on upgrading the Email interface? I had to laugh when i saw it, it's like going back to DOS. I kept my Comcast email address after i saw the COX interface. It looks like the code was written by the 2nd graders in the class my daughter attends.

The Help inside Email says "once you have signed in to CoxMail, choose Options and then the Rules button to see these three different Spam filtering options." I don't see any "Options" in myemail.cox.net. Where are the settings for spam? Marking emails as spam obviously doesn't work, I've been doing

The Pluto TV on the Contour box stopped working. Says loading and the screen goes blank. Other apps such as Freevee and Tubi load fine. I've tried restart and system refresh accessible through the A triangle button on the remote but that doesn't fix the issue.

Yesterday I removed 60 emails/considered spam PLUS 25 Spam emails- this was for 2 days. Today I removed 16 emails considered spam plus 12 spam emails. Some of these emails which come in are also double ones. Is there a way for cox to cut down on this should I report send them to cox? Thanks!

I paid past due balance and double checked it before submitting to pay JUST the past due balance in red. BUT now Cox took two payments from my acct. This is upsetting and I am highly disappointed.
