I got the following email. It was directed to my FB name NOT the actual Cox account name which is in my husbands name. I tried to send myself 2 emails and never got them but I am receiving emails normally. i need to know if this email came from Cox or what I can do. Here is what was sent me: Cox Com

Yesterday I removed 60 emails/considered spam PLUS 25 Spam emails- this was for 2 days. Today I removed 16 emails considered spam plus 12 spam emails. Some of these emails which come in are also double ones. Is there a way for cox to cut down on this should I report send them to cox? Thanks!

The Help inside Email says "once you have signed in to CoxMail, choose Options and then the Rules button to see these three different Spam filtering options." I don't see any "Options" in myemail.cox.net. Where are the settings for spam? Marking emails as spam obviously doesn't work, I've been doing
