You may have fixed the app for new Ipads but now my older pad stopped working with contour. TFNothing

The Pluto TV on the Contour box stopped working. Says loading and the screen goes blank. Other apps such as Freevee and Tubi load fine. I've tried restart and system refresh accessible through the A triangle button on the remote but that doesn't fix the issue.
