Internet usage
we received a notice from Cox that we are at 75% of our usage but Cox has had several outages which is forced us to go to cellular. So I’m not sure why we would be charged for any overage based on the number of outages in our area in Silver Lake, Kansas? any comments to add?

Hello. I understand how frustrating it can be to experience outages and still discover you’ve reached 75% of your monthly usage. You can review your daily data usage through the Cox app on any mobile device. Outages typically last only a few hours, which leaves the rest of the time to use data.
