I have called cox. They were no help the app is not working. I am in Holland and want to record a race. I did not sign up for something that does not work. What good is the Contour live TV app if you have be on your home Wifi to watch most of the channels? If I am home, I watch my TV. When I am traveling I want to use the App. It is senseless. I am watching the networks commercials so what is the big deal? The Live TV app is useless.
