This is day 3 of the “outage”. We’ve been with cox forever since before we moved up from Nogales (and before). The outage on the app just shows my house as the problem area. I should’ve kept the old raggedy WiFi box..at least it worked most of the time.

Every time I try to login in an access the COX WiFi app to see and manage my WiFi settings I get "Access Not Supported" (see image #1 attached). Cox is not allowing online payment options, this is dumb way to a bad customer experience. unable to pay balance because all options are blocked online and retail store kiosk is out of order.
