Logging in to arris router
Hello I have an arris dg2460 router and I cannot log into the router settings. I have factory reset it and tried the default admin/password combo but it says invalid username or password please enter the network key on the router. I have entered this too and get the same message. I saw a post around

Upgrading internet service
I live in Las Vegas Nevada 89110 zip and I want to upgrade from the essential 30 to the preferred 100 why is Cox telling me that I can't because of the area I'm in but I can upgrade to the next higher preferred 150. ?

Can't call customer loyalty, I'm not in the states.
I would like to reduce my service, since only one person is utilizing our data, I do not need the expanded service, however, the unintuitive support system refuses to let me contact an agent via live chat, as I do not have a Korean phone plan that would allow me to call their "Customer Loyalty" line
